In short. The extension is free to use. The optional Pro plan costs $9 per month, renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record. If Pro does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it.
1. Who we are
Website SEO Checker (the “Service”) is provided by Lenar Amirov, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). Contact: amirovlenarr@gmail.com. By installing the extension or buying the Pro plan you accept these Terms.
2. The Service
The extension audits the on-page SEO of web pages you open in your browser. The free part works without an account. The Rankings feature requires signing in and shows Google ranking data for the page you choose to check; this data comes from a third-party provider and is an estimate, not an official Google figure.
The AI search check, also in the Rankings & AI tab, asks ChatGPT with web search, Google AI Mode and Perplexity the page’s top search queries and shows whether their answers cite the page. Perplexity is asked through its API model, which may answer differently from its app. Each result is one live answer: AI search may answer the same question differently another time, and we do not control or guarantee what it cites.
The website audit checks many pages of one site: from the extension in your browser, or from our server through the form on our website. Check only sites you own or are allowed to audit, and do not use it to load a site heavily; we limit how fast and how many pages it requests. Anyone with the link to a saved report can open it.
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. The Service gives information and recommendations; it does not guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue.
3. Plans and limits
- Free: the full on-page report without limits; after sign-in, Rankings — 3 checks a day and the AI search check — 1 a day. Website audit: up to 50 pages without an account, 1 saved site a day of up to 100 pages after sign-in; the form on our website — 2 sites a day of up to 25 pages.
- Pro: $9 per month; Rankings — 20 checks a day, the AI search check — 5 a day, website audit — 10 saved sites a day of up to 500 pages.
- Checks that return no data are not counted. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
We may change features or prices. Price changes for an active subscription take effect from the next billing period and are announced at least 14 days in advance.
4. Payments
Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the Pro plan: Creem charges you, issues the invoice and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Creem’s terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.
The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the extension: Rankings tab → Manage subscription, which opens your Creem customer portal. You can also cancel from the link in your payment receipt, or by writing to us. After cancellation Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges are made.
6. Refunds
If Pro does not work as described, write to amirovlenarr@gmail.com within 14 days of the payment and we will refund that payment in full. Refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method. After a refund, Pro access ends immediately. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to overload or attack websites, to resell or redistribute the Rankings data in bulk, or to bypass the daily limits (for example by creating multiple accounts). We may suspend accounts that do so.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for access to the email or Google account you sign in with. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what data we keep and for how long.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation; the Rankings feature depends on third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes and law
If these Terms change, the date at the top changes too; material changes are announced in the extension. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
